Virtual Wellness

Managing our stress levels in these times is an important challenge, especially as we continue to be asked to stay at home. I have a very cool resource to share that can assist us with this challenge. It's a virtual wellness webpage created by Rebecca Slavinsky, a social worker at the Capital Area Intermediate Unit.
